Job Brief:
Responsible for generating new sales through monitoring and managing dealer’s direct sales team to ensure compliance to Umniah quality & procedures’ standards, as well as ensuring smooth workflow and providing the needed support (requests, inquires & logistic, training) for the dealers in order to achieve the assigned targets, sales growth, quality of sales and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, analyze, plan, and come up with ideas to ensure achieving the broadband sales target through dealers direct sales channels.
- Enhance the dealers direct sales channels ‘s knowledge of Umniah’s products and services.
- Prepare and execute the needed trainings for dealers direct sales channels.
- Provide the needed logistical support for dealers direct sales channels.
- Validate and resolve customer complaints related to dealers direct sales team and take the needed actions to avoid same issue.
- Monitor the dealers direct sales channel sales of quality and ensure dealers’ compliance to Umniah’s quality standards.
- Provide continuous feedback about the practices, trends, and consumer’s behavior in the local market.
- Ensure the dealers direct sales channel compliance to Umniah’s rules, regulations, and procedures during the operations.
- Support dealers direct sales team requests and inquires.
- Ensure the sales action plans are performed, and ensure correct sales force distribution and organize the dealers direct sales campaigns.
