Jordan Sweden Medical is looking to hire a Machinery Maintenance Engineer with the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
•Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure reliability and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CGMP).
•Coordinate with production teams to support daily manufacturing activities, including equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
•Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to optimize equipment performance, minimize breakdowns, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
•Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address equipment failures, deviations, and non-conformances.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to support process improvements, technology transfers, and new product introductions.
•Manage spare parts inventory and procurement activities to ensure availability of critical components and minimize production disruptions.
•Provide technical support and training to production operators and maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
•Participate in validation activities, including equipment qualification, process validation, and cleaning validation, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
•Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates related to maintenance and production engineering in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics engineering or related field.
•2 years of experience in maintenance and production roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
•Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing (JFDA, CGMP).
