Job Brief
Responsible for the effective operations and L2 maintenance for the IP, Network Security, and transport infrastructure (SDH, PDH, MPLS and DWDM).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate transport & IP RAN network
- Maintain and operate IGW routers
- Maintain and operate GPS and Cesium Clock
- Monitor network utilization
- Maintain and operate firewall with all Engineering Network Elements
- Maintain and operate CGN network elements
- Maintain and operate microwave links
- Maintain and operate Wi-Fi offloading network
- Perform network change configuration as per related policies and procedures
- Provide transmission and IP second-level support for all field teams
- Troubleshoot and analyze all network fault and provide needed action to field maintenance team
- Analyze Packet Drop reports sent from performance team (3G,4G) and provide action needed to Planning and field maintenance team
