Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.Presenting to doctors, within the specific target reach for this disease entity.Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff.Managing budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences, hospitality.Keeping detailed records of all contacts and reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets.Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager. Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting, and discussing this data with healthcare professionals during presentations.Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.Proactively assess and defines challenges faced at territorial level and pitches to management for potential territorial/national solutions to better find opportunities for growth.Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and engage with contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.QualificationsBSc. degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary MedicineMust be a resident in AssuitMinimum 1 year of experience working as a Professional Medical RepresentativeExceptional communication skills that include listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.Team player, and has the ability persuade, relate, and network.Ability to understand customer needs and build long-term business relationships.Proactive approach to solutions Strong analytical and sales analysis skills Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.We are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
