Human Resource Specialist
Nairoukh Pharmaceutical is looking for a Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruiting efforts: posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support employee development and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications and skills:
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Very good experience in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems
- True passion and interest in talent management.
