As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a talented QA Lead to join our dynamic team and elevate the quality standards of our software products.

Responsibilities:

Lead the quality assurance efforts for our SaaS product, ensuring its functionality, reliability, and overall user satisfaction. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive continuous improvement of our product. Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans and strategies, outlining the approach and scope of testing activities. Design and execute detailed test cases based on product requirements, ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities. Oversee defect management processes, including logging, tracking, and escalation, to ensure timely resolution of issues. Conduct regression testing to validate existing functionality after code changes and enhancements. Drive automation initiatives by developing and maintaining automated test scripts, leveraging appropriate testing tools and frameworks. Perform performance and security testing, assessing product performance and identifying potential vulnerabilities. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies, championing best practices and standards within the organization. Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities, results, and recommendations.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
+ Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and best practices.
+ Extensive experience with testing tools and frameworks, both manual and automated, such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
+ Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, javascript, Python, C#, etc., with a focus on automated testing.
+ Solid understanding of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and security testing concepts.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
+ English proficiency is required.
+ Strong leadership capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.
+ Experience in Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement QA best practices.
+ Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
