Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Oversee the entire cocking oil production process, including pretreatment, pressing, solvent extraction, refining, and packaging. Manage and motivate a team of production personnel, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and yield. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to all quality control standards. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure proper equipment upkeep and prevent breakdowns. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to cocking oil production.<br/><br/>Qualifications:<br/><br/>Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering (B. Sc. Chem. Eng.) or a related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in cocking oil production or a similar manufacturing environment. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a production setting. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Strong understanding of cocking oil production processes, including pretreatment, pressing, solvent extraction, refining, and packaging. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
