This full-time IT engineering position designs, implements, and optimizes network solutions on-premises and in the cloud using Office 365 and Azure infrastructure deployments to help meet company goals and industry standards for a 24x7 environment. 

This position requires at least 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of network technology, hardware, software, and services to ensure proactive monitoring and maintenance of the networks we manage and maintain.

Job Requirements

• Four-year degree in Information Systems or related field or Equivalent Experience

Duties/Tasks:

• Provide technical support for any issues that are assigned
• Troubleshoot all supported hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and support all supported configuration sets
• Monitor and respond to any network \ systems issues
• Setup new Virtual \ Physical Machines system \ servers
• Set up new email and AD accounts and or domains.
• Windows Security including Securing Windows on the user profile level.
• Maintain Firewall policies as needed.
• Connect to end-user machines to repair any issues.
• Other IT and systems-related tasks as needed

Knowledge/ Experience:

• Microsoft Office \ Azure Certified a PLUS
• Windows Administration - Windows Server 2008, 2012, 201, 2019, Azure
• IP4 – IP6 - DNS – DHCP – IIS - AD
• Windows Terminal Services \ Remote Desktop Services
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 - 2019 and Office 365
• Microsoft Office \ Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019
• SonicWall Firewalls or Similar
• Database administration - MySQL, MSSQL
• Virtualization technologies - VMWare, Hyper-V
• NAS and SAN Storage Devices
• Backup and Remote Backup Technologies
• Understanding of  RAID 1 – 0 – 5 – 10 works
• Apple Mac OSX \ IOS
