  • Foron Rex is looking a Pastry Chef to work under the supervision and close guidance of our head baker Fouad.

  • In addition to a strong passion for baking and food, the pastry chef is expected to

  • Research recipe concepts and develop and test new recipes

  • Prepare various desserts according to the different seasons

  • Work effectively under pressure

  • Have great attention to detail and present creativity

  • Present knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and cooking techniques

  • Possess working knowledge of baking with ingredient limits (gluten-free, sugar-free pastries, etc.)

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings.

  • Positive attitude and Good communication skills.
