Job Purpose:

Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across production, quality assurance, and development environments throughout the development lifecycle, Also, responsible for management tools deployment/configuration, as well as utilizing version control tools, and performing all the needed programming and scripting to run business requirements.

Responsible for Umniah Cloud, and IP System in terms of system administration, design, implementation, and configuration to support company-related projects. Also, responsible for capacity planning activities and operational activities, maintaining Cloud systems inventory and structure, and generating all required reports to ensure systems are running in safe margins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across production, QA, and development environments throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain and Manage Umniah Cloud and Implement Cloud Customers Services.
• Maintain the ISP environment to improve the performance and achieve 99.95% monthly availability of the network and within the defined SLA.
• Introduce new features and elements to the network.
• Provide second-level support for Cloud customers.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.
• Utilize a consistent DevOps approach to improve all phases of the process and ensure end-to-end quality across functions.
• Monitor and evaluate new features and elements as additions to the infrastructure.
• Maintain system environment design and product life cycle.
• Perform documentation for the system environment.
