United Palestinian Appeal, Inc. (UPA), a 501(c) (3) New York-registered non-profit organization, with headquarters in Washington, DC. Established in 1978 by Palestinian-American professionals, UPA was conceived as a non-political, non-sectarian organization that would help Palestinians meet their relief and development needs. 

UPA is currently implementing the project Small Business Development and would like to invite for a bid from eligible and qualified suppliers and/or logistics companies who are officially registered locally in Jordan in the field of management and logistics and who have prior experience in supplying and delivering good and services, and handling various parts of supply chain management including but not limited to procurement of products and services, transportation, warehousing, distribution, etc.  to different stakeholders in Jordan.

The items under this tender include: 1. Rehabilitation of small projects, 2. Procurement of goods for small projects. All goods and services will be implemented and delivered directly to Jerash Camp/Jerash in coordination with UPA representative in the camp. Given that, the supplier is fully responsible for all required procedures and costs to supply, deliver and handover all items procured, and in accordance with the tender terms and conditions, Bill of Quantities (BOQs).

Interested qualified companies are invited to receive the bid document by sending an email to [اضغط هنا لمشاهدة البريد اﻹلكتروني] with the subject: “request of bid document: Bid No: SBD-01-2024” starting from 3 March 2024.

Notes: 

·         Bid bank guarantee with 5% of the bid value should be submitted in hand at UPA’s office in Amman on or before the deadline of bid submission. A scanned copy of the bank guarantee should also be included in the bid documents submitted via email.

Deadline for Bids Submission: On or before 10 March 2024, at 12:00 Mid-Day, Jordan time. Note: In any way, late bids will not be accepted.
