Senior Utilities Maintenance Technician
Requirements and Competencies:
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years hands on experience in the same position in a pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge of utilities operations, services, and activities of building maintenance, repair, and construction.
- Knowledge of electrical systems including secondary distribution and interior systems.
- Strong knowledge in multiple skilled-trades (electrical, HVAC, AHU, Package units, DX Package units, fire system, plumbing, power systems, etc).
