Operation Coordinator

  • Support our operations Manager in planning and overseeing daily operations.
  • Make sure everything we do aligns with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Handle logistics and supply chain operations, from procurement to delivery.
  • Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with Central Kitchen and all outlets to ensure smooth operation running.
  • Keep an eye on product quality and ensure we meet food safety standards.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to address any issues.
  • Participate in inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
  • Implement best practices to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Help develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory, logistics performance, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure all operational activities are well-documented.
  • Assist in creating reports for management review.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.
  • Support and guide junior staff and new hires.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, business administration, or any related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, focusing on coordination and management in a medium or big size companies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and support team members.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic languages.
  • PMP Certificate and experience is a must.
