    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretarial and Administrative Assistant to join our clinic in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the clinic.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
    • Patient Records: Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process billing and invoicing for patient services, and handle payment collections.
    • Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
    • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the clinic is well-stocked.
    • File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.
    • Coordination: Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure efficient clinic operations.
    • Data Entry: Accurately input data into the clinic’s management software.
    • Customer Service: Address patient inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
    • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, letters, and other documentation.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
