Responsipilities:
- Assist in providing technical support to customers on the application and usage of rigid foam polyurethane products
- Conduct product trials and demonstrations at customer sites under the guidance of the direct manager
- Help troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues reported by customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide technical insights
- Assist in reporting on product performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related field with experience preferably in the Polyurethane industry or the chemical manufacturing industry
- 1:3 years of experience preferably in chemicals
- Good command of the English Language
- Very good at MS Office applications (Excel, PP, Word, etc.)
- Good communication/negotiation skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships internally and externally
