About Us:
At We Are Working, Inc, we assist injured individuals (or families of the deceased) in obtaining compensation for their losses. About the role:
This is a remote, full time or part time, work-from-home position, with flexible hours, working for We Are Working, Inc, a US based, global company (an 'Achieve-it' affiliated company). Compensation is up to $20/hr (base + commissions).
As a customer service representative / lead facilitator at We Are Working, you would help us locate and support either of the following groups: 1) civilians that have been injured, or the families of individuals killed, while working for US companies operating to support the US military abroad (for example Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Nepal, Philippines, or any country with a US military base or US contractors supporting the military); 2) anyone (civilian or military) that has been injured by certain terrorist acts.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping educate and engage with and our clients affected by injuries or loss.
- Guide our clients through the claims process.
- Assist in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation.
Following is information on what kind of leads would you be helping us connect with:
Person specification
- Civilian contractors from any country (US citizenship not required)
- Wounded Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans
- Gold Star Families & Civilian contractors (even if already receiving benefits)
Examples of professions these individuals might be in:
- Construction crew in the US Government-funded projects worldwide
- Heavy Equipment Operators on US military bases or ports
- Drivers deliver supplies or fuel to US Forces
- Linguists or translators supporting US Forces globally
