A leading company specializing in high-quality cosmetics and personal care products, and has a vision to expand worldwide, invites applicants for the following position: Logistics and Administrative Officer, Ref # 237.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  1. Acting as a link between different departments within an organization.

  2. Managing and coordinating administrative tasks for efficient operation of a business.

  3. Planning and arranging meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring all necessary materials are available.

  4. Ensuring adherence to business policies and procedures for operational efficiency.

  5. Arrange purchasing duties (searching for Raw Material, new supplier, arranging Raw Material inquiries from already approved suppliers, check for COAs for Raw Materials ….)

  6. Logistics duties (shipping dates and any related issues upon which operation planning will depend, any needed arrangements with authorities…)

  7. Arranging with warehouse for dealing with Raw Materials and warehouse performance.

  8. Performs other duties as assigned.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  4. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in chemical industries or related field).


Same industry experience is a plus
