MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Assistant – Data Entry is responsible for maintaining the database by entering new and updated stock and warehouse information.

  • Organizing and updating the warehouse filing system.
  • Prepare all paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments and update them on the stock report.
  • Maintain both hard and soft copies of warehouse paperwork.
  • Update the inventory report on daily basis
  • Segregate warehouse files according to donor, type and date.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • All data entering related reports and duties

Others:

–Assist with additional tasks as determined to be needed by supervisors

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma Degree minimum.
  • Experience in MS Office suit, especially MS Excel,
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work in the Warehouse.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within a team structure or in isolation, flexible, and can cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources.
  • English and Arabic
  • Ability to work independently
