Director of Childhood Affairs
Required Educational Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Educational Sciences, Social Sciences, or Public Policy.
- Master’s degree in areas related to childhood development or policy management is preferred.
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in relevant fields, with at least 5 years in leadership roles involving policy development, strategy formulation, or managing related projects.
- Contract Duration: Annual fixed-term contract.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic Planning and Policy Management:
Proven experience in developing and evaluating early childhood policies and relevant national strategies.
Ability to align national priorities with global trends.
- Project Management and Coordination:
Supervising project implementation to ensure outputs align with national plans.
Networking and coordinating with local and international partners.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both Arabic and English, with advanced skills in writing reports and delivering presentations.
Leadership and Administrative Skills:
Experience in leading teams and managing change.
Ability to train subordinates and assess their performance.
Negotiation and Communication Skills:
Advanced negotiation skills with donors and partners.
Strong relationship-building skills with external entities.
Technological Proficiency:
Proficiency in IT tools, project management software, and digital platforms.

Childhood Specialist
General Objective:
To execute various project tasks and activities related to early childhood and nursery operations. This includes conducting field visits, technical follow-ups with institutions and partners, and supporting the project manager in achieving project goals and outputs while adhering to professional standards.
Required Educational Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Educational Sciences, Social Sciences, or Public Policy.
- Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in relevant fields.
Contract Duration:
- Project-based, annual fixed-term contract.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits in Amman and other governorates to assess institutional needs for establishing training halls and Innovation Labs for nurseries.
- Coordinate and schedule field visits and address project changes or challenges with the project manager.
- Support and oversee project activities with vocational training centers and partners.
- Attend project meetings to understand all aspects and components.
- Assist in developing training manuals and curricula related to early childhood and nursery work.
- Participate in specialized training sessions and awareness programs conducted by the project.
- Monitor and support trainees in vocational courses for care providers using developed tools.
- Help implement and test Quality Management Systems for nurseries.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager.

Administrative and Human Resources Specialist
General Objective:
To prepare purchase requests, monitor material receipt and storage, maintain supplier relations, and effectively manage all human resources operations within the organization, including attendance, leave, contracts, and grievance handling.
Required Educational Level:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in relevant fields.
Contract Duration:
- Project-based, annual fixed-term contract.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to documented policies and procedures.
- Assist in procurement processes, supplier evaluations, and preparing reports and recommendations.
- Maintain positive supplier relationships for consistent quality services.
- Oversee material requests, approvals, and payment coordination.
- Maintain complete procurement and supplier records.
- Regularly evaluate supplier quality, pricing, and timeliness.
- Implement attendance and leave management systems.
- Organize training program assessments and maintain related records.
- Update and manage employee files, contracts, and performance data.
- Liaise with external entities such as the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of procurement and correspondence.
- Familiarity with Jordanian labor laws.
- Understanding of HR development policies and planning.
