Sijal Institute is looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator and Moderator to lead our digital presence and grow our online community.

Location: Amman, Jordan

Start Date: October 1, 2025

Job Type: Full-time – 8 working hours per day – five days a week

What You'll Do:

• Writing, designing, and publishing digital content, including between 9 to 12 posts per month.
• Preparing a monthly content plan, divided weekly for daily interactive content, in coordination with the administration.
• Producing, writing, filming, and editing diverse content (texts, images, videos) that serves the institute’s goals, including:
  • Documentary content for cultural activities and special programs.
  • Educational content according to ongoing projects.
  • Daily interactive content (Stories).
    
    
• Translating and proofreading the produced content, ensuring:
  • It is free from spelling and grammatical errors.
• Accuracy of quotes and included information.
  Developing strategies for audience engagement by identifying the most appropriate and effective methods.
• Coordinating with students in the Work-Study Program regarding tasks related to content creation.
• Collaborating with faculty members to document classroom activities.
• Sending periodic marketing newsletters to universities each academic term.
• Publishing official news and interviews on the institute's website and platforms.
• Creating scenarios and ideas for content tailored to social media platforms.
• Contributing to educational content projects related to the curriculum or others, including filming and editing.
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the administration within the scope of work or that serve the institute's goals and the local community.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in content creation and social media account management.
• Has excellent writing skills in Arabic and English, as well as translation between the two languages.
• Is familiar with the basics of photography, photo, and video editing.
• Creative sense and skills in research and innovation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
