Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Amman. The Sales Agent will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, providing insurance policy information, and guiding clients through the decision-making process. Daily tasks also include delivering outstanding customer service and attending sales training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on MetLife's offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Insurance
- Ability to attend and actively participate in Training sessions
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting finance and economyor a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
