<h4>Job description</h4>
<p><strong>Food preparation:</strong><br>
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits; prepare ingredients and cook basic dishes like eggs, salads, and sandwiches.</p>
<p><strong>Station maintenance:</strong><br>
Keep all cooking and preparation areas clean, organized, and hygienic throughout the shift.</p>
<p><strong>Assisting senior chefs:</strong><br>
Support the Chef de Partie (station chef) with various tasks, including cooking, plating, and managing the station during busy periods.</p>
<p><strong>Quality and safety:</strong><br>
Follow recipes and quality standards, control food portions, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.</p>
<p><strong>Stock control:</strong><br>
Assist with receiving deliveries, managing inventory, and monitoring food stock to control costs and prevent waste.</p>
<p><strong>Equipment operation:</strong><br>
Safely use and maintain all kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and roasters.</p>
<p><strong>Training and development:</strong><br>
Participate in training to learn new techniques and menu items and assist with training junior staff or new hires.</p>
