  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and in-person appointments, and act as a liaison between executives and internal or external partners.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate business trips, book travel, prepare itineraries, and assist with expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative support roles with some experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in trade companies or trade related fields like shipping companies or forwarders.
  • Skills:
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other software applications.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality.
