Job Purpose

Assist in developing and maintaining business relationships with the assigned current and prospective Billers to generate new services as well as increase number of connected billers in order to increase transactions and revenue.

Main Responsibilities

1 Send brief introduction about the company and our system

2 Achieve the assigned target in coordination with the sales manager

3 Coordinate biller onboarding process

4 Coordinate for a business meeting to present the company services

5 Ensure that all billers services are working efficiently

6 Answering any business questions the biller might have

7 Increase number of connected billers

8 Solve technical and business issues

9 Act as a contact person for the billers

10 Send monthly report for the new billers and to sales manager

11 Execute defined and communicate approved IT security processes

12 Report security events or potential events or other security breaches to the Information Security Officer

13 Execute decision making hierarchy efficiently and effectively

14 Commit and adhere to information security policies and procedures

15 Implementation of information security policies in general and of HR department in particular

16 Coordination with marketing team for internal and external campaigns.

17 Any task required by department head

Skills

1 1-3 Years’ experience

2 Bachelor’s in business or related field

3 Good command of English

4 Account Management skills

5 Experience in CRM Systems
