Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Design Engineer to join our Amman office. This position focuses on architectural design development and coordination for a variety of building typologies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical knowledge, aesthetic sensitivity, and collaborative spirit to contribute to our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design and detailed shop drawings (LOD300–LOD350) in compliance with local, Saudi, Jordanian, and international codes and standards.
• Prepare architectural presentations, design development packages, and construction documents using Revit.
• Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and coordinated design outputs.
• Participate in the selection of materials and finishes based on technical performance and aesthetic value.
• Review project requirements, design briefs, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with external consultants to maintain design consistency and quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in Revit tools is mandatory.
• Strong architectural design and visualization skills with a solid understanding of detailing and construction methods.
• Familiarity with Jordanian and international building codes and standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
