Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin Officer located in Amman. The HR and Admin Officer will manage daily human resources operations, including the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with labor and employment laws. The responsibilities also include handling employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, organizing training programs, and ensuring efficient administrative support for the organization.

- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Laws
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information
- Experience in administrative tasks and office management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
