  • Conduct regular field visits to healthcare providers and corporate clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal laboratory and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales performance
  • Represent the laboratory professionally and enhance brand awareness in the market


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory, or a related field
  • Proven experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively
