We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our medical network. He will be responsible for following up with patients who are interested in booking medical appointments and surgeries with specialized doctors in our network.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient communication across all channels.
  • Follow up on logistical arrangements for international patients (transportation, accommodation, appointments).
  • Track and manage tickets in the system, ensuring timely resolution and proper closure.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to address patient needs.
  • Collect and report patient feedback and satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related medical/health field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a medical or patient-facing role.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with patient management systems or ticketing platforms is a plus.
  • Good English language.
