How Our Partnership Works:


· Part-Time, High-Impact: Dedicate flexible hours aligned with hiring sprints and project needs.

· E-Commerce Profit-Share Model: Your compensation is a percentage share of the profits from the specific global project you help build. The better the team performs, the greater the shared success.

· Payment in US Dollars: All profit-share distributions are paid in USD via efficient international platforms (e.g., Wise, PayPal), ensuring simplicity and clarity.

Your Mission: Build Our Global Dream Team


You will be the architect of our talent pipeline, sourcing and hiring the exceptional individuals who will power our international expansion. You'll own the recruitment strategy for a project that spans continents and cultures.


Key Responsibilities:


· Design and execute full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of global roles.

· Proactively source and engage top-tier, passive candidates from a wide pool of different nationalities and backgrounds.

· Serve as a true talent partner to leadership, defining role requirements and ensuring cultural fit.

· Manage the candidate journey with professionalism and care, from first contact to onboarding.

· Champion our positive, collaborative, and results-driven remote environment to all candidates.

2. Selection Interview (Zoom): A 45-minute deep dive into your experience, strategic approach, and fit for this partnership model. We'll discuss your past

successes and how you would tackle our specific global hiring challenges.
