MOSTAQBAL is currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Structural Engineer to join our project in Gawr as-Safi, Jordan.

• Responsibilities

1. oDetailed Design & Analysis

• Perform advanced analyses (static, dynamic, seismic, wind, thermal, vibration, progressive collapse, robustness)
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and design reports.
• Design primary and secondary structural elements (frames, slabs, foundations, retaining structures, connections).

1. oDesign coordination

• Coordinate design interfaces with geotechnical, civil, mechanical, electrical and construction teams.
• Conduct and respond to independent design checks (peer reviews) and value engineering.

1. oStakeholder Engagement

• Lead technical meetings, workshops, and design reviews with client, authorities, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare clear communications on technical choices, risks, and trade‑offs.
• Competencies & Experience:

1. oEducation: Master’s degree (preferred) in Structural/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. oRegistration: Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, and registered with the Jordan Engineers Association.
3. oExperience: >10 years covering concept-to-construction on infrastructure /  bridges / support structures / etc.
4. oTechnical Skills: Advanced FEA (linear/nonlinear), dynamic analysis, foundation engineering, materials behavior, connection design, BIM (Revit/Civil3D), model coordination (ACC), SharePoint
5. oSoft Skills: Pro-active, coordination with the design team and modellers,  stakeholder management, clear technical writing and presentation in English.
