Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IPC (In Process Control) Trainee to join our operations team in Jordan. This entry-level position provides hands-on exposure to process control systems, instrumentation, and automation within a manufacturing or industrial environment. The successful candidate will support engineers and technicians in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in monitoring and controlling industrial processes using instrumentation and control systems.
- Collect and analyze data from PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other process instrumentation to identify deviations and opportunities for optimization.
- Support calibration, testing, and maintenance activities for sensors, transmitters, valves, and controllers.
- Participate in troubleshooting process upsets, alarms, and equipment malfunctions under supervision.
- Document process changes, operating procedures, and standard work instructions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing adjustments to improve yield, quality, and energy efficiency.
- Assist with safety and housekeeping practices to maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance.
- Support training and onboarding activities for new operators and technicians as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (لقب جامعي) in Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
- Career level: Trainee (متدرب) with a strong interest in process control and automation.
- Location: Jordan, with flexibility to work across regional facilities as required.
- Fundamental understanding of process control concepts, instrumentation, and basic electrical principles is preferred.
- Proficiency in data collection, basic analysis, and the use of process automation software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, observational, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in on-the-job training and certifications.
