Coordinator - Business Cycle | MAF Retail | Head Office Jordan

ROLE SUMMARY
The Coordinator - Business Cycle is responsible for supporting the business operations and related policies and processes in the assigned store. The role holder is also responsible for filing documents related to the sourcing function.

ROLE PROFILE

• Comply the security and safety procedures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of company data.
• Prepare daily indicator reports and communicate them to the concerned section.
• Assist with periodic audits of the warehouse/selling area and develop related action plans if required.
• Compete LPOs and transmit them to suppliers.
• Compile reports on the main indicators (Zero Stock, Leaflet Out of Stock).
• Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
• Compete LPOs and transmit them to suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferable.
• 0-2 years in related function.
• E-commerce experience is preferable.
• English (Full professional proficiency - Required).
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
