We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercialization and regional expansion of two advanced B2B software platforms across the GCC market:
1. Insurance Automation Platform – a digital solution that automates the full accident lifecycle, including incident reporting, assessment, repair coordination, and insurance claims processing.
2. Workshop & Fleet Management Software – a comprehensive system designed for large corporate fleets and rental car companies to manage vehicle servicing, maintenance scheduling, workshop operations, and overall fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market expansion targets across GCC countries
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with insurance companies, fleet operators, and rental car businesses
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution presentations to commercial negotiations and contract closure
• Build strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, procurement teams, and operational decision-makers
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly articulate ROI, efficiency gains, and operational impact
• Collaborate closely with technical, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support product and pricing strategy
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and regional business forums
RequirementsCandidate Profile
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Strong personality with a confident, consultative selling approach and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and close complex B2B and enterprise-level deals
• Experience selling software, automation, or technology solutions in the GCC region
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently across multiple markets
Required Experience
• Background in Insurance, Automotive, Fleet Management, Workshop Operations, or Service Automation
• Solid understanding of insurance claims processes, accident management workflows, or fleet servicing operations
• Prior sales experience in GCC countries with a strong grasp of regional business culture and buying behavior
