  • Description: Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute the organization's strategic plan in alignment with its mission, vision, and objectives.

    • Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments and teams, ensuring unity and alignment towards common goals.

    • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging challenges, and formulate strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.


    Operation and business development Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, andadherence to quality standards.

    • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize processes andmaximize performance.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress and make datadrivendecisions.

    • Understand the market needs and develop product (Hardware or software) market entry plans

    • Uncover market needs and develop market capture plans.

    • Build customer relationship and uncover their needs for either software of hardware.

    • Uncover new technologies that can be sold, or implemented in the local or regional market place.


    Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve revenue and profitabilitytargets.

    • Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions to ensurefinancial health and sustainability.

    • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to support business operations andgrowth initiatives


    Human Resource Management:

    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration,innovation, and excellence.

    • Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations todrive employee engagement and accountability.

    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee wellbeingand organizational effectiveness.


    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs andexpectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

    • Implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives to enhance customer experience andloyalty.

    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner,striving to exceed expectations.


    Sales and Marketing:

    • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and marketexpansion.

    • Identify target markets, segments, and customer segments, and develop products, services,and solutions to meet their needs.

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identifyopportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.


    Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring businesscontinuity and resilience.

    • Implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls to minimize exposure tofinancial, operational, and reputational risks.

    • Monitor and assess risk factors regularly, adjusting strategies and tactics to addressemerging threats and opportunities.


    Compliance and Governance:

    • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining the highestethical and legal standards in all business activities.


    Required Experience:

    • 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles, with at least
