Job Details

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of all finishing works for a five-star hotel project, ensuring the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality in line with luxury hospitality requirements.

The role includes managing all interior and final construction activities, including architectural finishes, MEP final fixtures, FF&E coordination, mock-ups, and testing & commissioning, while ensuring compliance with approved designs, brand standards, specifications, and local regulations.

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and hotel operator representatives to ensure timely completion within budget and to the expected premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and control all finishing works from commencement through handover and soft opening.

• Ensure execution of high-end finishes such as stone, woodwork, bespoke joinery, decorative finishes, and luxury fixtures in accordance with approved mock-ups and samples.

• Coordinate architectural, MEP, and FF&E works to ensure seamless integration and clash-free execution.

• Monitor project schedule, cost control, procurement, and cash flow related to finishing activities.

• Enforce quality assurance and quality control procedures to meet five-star hotel standards.

• Manage inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and final acceptance with consultants and hotel operators.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during finishing works.

• Prepare and submit progress reports, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals.

• Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders and resolve site issues proactively.

• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover documentation, and as-built submissions.


Requirements• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience, with proven delivery of luxury hotel or high-end hospitality projects.

• Strong background in finishing works, interior fit-out, and coordination of luxury materials.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong understanding of international hotel brand standards and quality expectations.
