We're Hiring: Customer Services Representative

Jordan Kuwait Bank is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our bank, responsible for supporting and attracting customers by providing helpful information, handling transactions, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction with our products, services, and features by delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality service that meets and exceeds expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Efficiently execute cash handling and banking transactions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products or services
• Handle customer requests and inquiries related to accounts, products, and services professionally, ensuring satisfaction across all customer segments
• Promote and sell bank products and services through direct and cross-selling to achieve branch goals and increase customer base and revenue
• Support customer onboarding and enhance the customer experience by engaging customers with our digital banking solutions
• Process Trade Finance requests (LCs, LGs, BCs, etc.) professionally and efficiently
• Carry out any additional tasks as requested by the Line Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or any relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or banking
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages

Competencies & Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify counterfeit currency and manage cash effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking products, services, rules, and regulations
• Proven selling and cross-selling abilities
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
