Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency, and cost consciousness when planning and implementing all range presentation solutions using global tools and best practices. Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing, and trends in order to contribute to workshops to generate creative ideas. Contribute to the content of the department action plan with initiatives that will grow the business and support long-term profitability and execute the agreed plans together with the Com&In team and other functions. Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field. Relevant experience in interior design and retail environments, with hands-on involvement in home furnishing implementation. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficient in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Strong visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Flexible and hands-on approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Passion for home furnishing, retail, and understanding how people live at home; able to draw, visualize, and present ideas clearly. Confident in engaging and communicating effectively with different stakeholders in various situations. Enthusiastic team player who collaborates well with others. Ability to combine commercial thinking, aesthetic sense, and practical execution.
