السياق التنظيمي ونطاق العمل: المنظمة الدولية للهجرة هي الوكالة الدولية الحكومية الوحيدة ذات تفويض محدد للهجرة وتلتزم بتعزيز الهجرة humane ومنظمة لصالح الجميع. تفعل ذلك من خلال تقديم خبرة تقنية لدعم الحكومات والمهاجرين والمجتمعات المستضافة من خلال مجموعة واسعة من الحلول المستدامة التي تساهم في إنهاء الهجرة القسرية و/أو تحسين ظروف النزوح. في الأردن، تعمل المنظمة مع الحكومة الأردنية وشريحة من الشركاء لمساعدة المهاجرين المحتاجين، وتعزيز حقوق المهاجرين، والاستجابة لتحديات إدارة الهجرة المتزايدة. كما تشارك المنظمة في استجابات إنسانية وتعايشٍ بين الوكالات المعنية بالتنسيق لاستجابات متعددة الأبعاد لتأثيرات الأزمة السورية. ضمن بعثة المنظمة في الأردن، وحدة دعم البرنامج (PSU) هي وحدة عابرة للقطاعات تعمل عن كثب مع جميع وحدات المواضيع لدعم تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة وتقرير المشاريع ومبادرات أخرى. تتنسيق الوحدة بشكل وثيق مع HQ والزملاء الإقليميين، وكذلك مع نظراء خارجيين المانحين لدعم برمجة عالية الجودة ومنسقة بشكل جيد والرقابة. وهذا يشمل دعم تنفيذ ومراقبة إستراتيجية الأردن للمنظمة عبر المهمة. وفق الإشراف العام لرئيس البرامج وتحت الإشراف المباشر لمسؤول وحدة دعم البرنامج، وبالتنسيق الوثيق مع منسق وحدة دعم المشروع، سيكون كبير موظفي دعم البرنامج مسؤولاً عن دعم تنفيذ البرمجة عبر المشاريع والبرامج في OPT.

- الخبرة: خبرة في الرصد والتقييم، جمع البيانات، المساءلة، أو دعم البرنامج ضمن الجهات الحكومية أو غير الحكومية أو المنظمات الدولية. الإلمام بآليات تغذية المراجعة المجتمعية وعمليات المساءلة. يفضل وجود خبرة في دعم أنشطة الرصد من الطرف الثالث (TPM). يشكل العمل السابق مع وكالات الأمم المتحدة، والمنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية، ميزة.

Organizational Context and Scope IOM is the only international inter-governmental agency with a specific mandate for migration and is dedicated to promoting humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all. It does so by providing technical expertise to support governments, migrants and host communities through a wide range of sustainable solutions contributing to end forced migration and/or improve displacement conditions. In Jordan, IOM works with the Jordanian Government and a range of partners to assist migrants in need, promote migrants rights, and respond to growing migration management challenges. IOM also participates in inter-agency coordinated humanitarian and resilience responses to the diverse impacts of the Syria crisis. Within the IOM Jordan Mission, the Programme Support Unit (PSU) is a cross-sectoral unit working closely with all thematic units to support the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of projects and other initiatives. The unit coordinates closely with HQ and regional colleagues, as well as external counterparts and donors to support quality and well-coordinated programming and oversight. This includes supporting the implementation and monitoring of the mission-wide IOM Jordan strategy. Under the overall supervision of the Head of Programmes and the direct supervision of the Programme Support Unit Officer, and in close coordination with the Project Support Unit Coordinator, the Senior Programme Support Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of programming across projects and programmes in OPT.
Support PSU in research and drafting of project proposals, and in preparing for meetings with PMs and donors. Provide timely inputs to the IOM project management system (PRIMA) in support of the project development process. Support the PSU in maintaining information tools required to track service delivery and identify gaps, including reports, mapping, spreadsheets, and others as required. Support budget monitoring and timely implementation of projects by helping to organize the collection, processing, analysis, documentation of project data for reporting purposes, and by contributing to a systematic approach in data management, monitoring and evaluation. Assist in drafting and coordinating communications and advocacy products, such as talking points, briefs, newsletters, presentations, and key messages, as required. Assist in reviewing cross-cutting issues such as gender, children, environment and accountability to affected populations, and in reflecting these considerations during programme development and implementation. Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political or Social Sciences, Business or Public Administration, Law or a related field from an accredited academic with four years of relevant professional experience. High school diploma with six years of relevant experience. Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
- Experience: Experience in monitoring and evaluation, data collection, accountability, or programme support within government, non-government, or international organization. Familiarity with community feedback mechanisms and accountability processes. Experience supporting third-party monitoring (TPM) activities is desirable. Prior working experience with UN agencies, INGOs, and NGOs is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong reporting, writing and research skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultural and national backgrounds. Proficient use of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
