We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to develop high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and visual presentations for interior design, architecture, and commercial projects. The candidate will work closely with the design and project teams to transform design concepts, drawings, and ideas into compelling 3D visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models for interior and architectural spaces.
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings for presentations and client approvals.
• Develop interior design visuals including furniture, finishes, lighting, materials, ceilings, flooring, and decorative elements.
• Interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts.
• Prepare multiple design options and visual alternatives based on client and design team requirements.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environmental settings.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy of the visuals.
• Revise 3D models and renders based on client and consultant comments.
• Prepare presentation-ready images, mood visuals, and walkthroughs when required.
• Maintain organized 3D models, textures, materials, and project files.
• Ensure all visualizations meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
• Assist the design team in developing concepts and communicating design ideas visually.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in interior design or architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer or V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, composition, scale, and architectural detailing.
• Ability to produce high-quality photorealistic renders.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and translate them accurately into 3D models.
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
