The candidate will work closely with the design and project teams to transform design concepts, drawings, and ideas into compelling 3D visuals.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Create detailed <b>3D models</b> for interior and architectural spaces.</li><li>Produce high-quality <b>photorealistic renderings</b> for presentations and client approvals.</li><li>Develop interior design visuals including furniture, finishes, lighting, materials, ceilings, flooring, and decorative elements.</li><li>Interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts.</li><li>Prepare multiple design options and visual alternatives based on client and design team requirements.</li><li>Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environmental settings.</li><li>Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy of the visuals.</li><li>Revise 3D models and renders based on client and consultant comments.</li><li>Prepare presentation-ready images, mood visuals, and walkthroughs when required.</li><li>Maintain organized 3D models, textures, materials, and project files.</li><li>Ensure all visualizations meet the company's quality and presentation standards.</li><li>Assist the design team in developing concepts and communicating design ideas visually.</li></ul><p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or diploma in <b>Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field</b>.</li><li>Minimum <b>2–4 years of experience</b> in 3D visualization, preferably in interior design or architectural projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>3ds Max, Corona Renderer or V-Ray, and AutoCAD</b>.</li><li>Experience with <b>SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software</b> is an advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of materials, lighting, composition, scale, and architectural detailing.</li><li>Ability to produce high-quality photorealistic renders.</li><li>Ability to understand technical drawings and translate them accurately into 3D models.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and visual presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>

Concept Design</p><ul><li>Understand client requirements, project brief, budget, and design objectives.</li><li>Develop overall design concept and design narrative.</li><li>Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and color schemes.</li><li>Develop initial space-planning concepts.</li><li>Establish furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment (FF&amp;E) direction.</li><li>Prepare initial 3D views/renders where required.</li></ul><p>2. Space Planning &amp; Test Fit</p><ul><li>Review architectural layouts and develop interior space planning.</li><li>Prepare furniture layouts and circulation studies.</li><li>Coordinate room functions, capacities, and operational requirements.</li><li>Prepare test-fit layouts based on approved occupancy schedules.</li><li>Coordinate changes with architectural, MEP, structural, and other disciplines.</li></ul><p>3. Developed Design</p><ul><li>Develop approved concept into detailed interior design.</li><li>Prepare detailed floor plans.</li><li>Prepare reflected ceiling plans.</li><li>Prepare flooring and finish plans.</li><li>Prepare wall elevations and interior elevations.</li><li>Develop feature walls, decorative elements, partitions, and architectural details.</li><li>Develop furniture layouts and FF&amp;E selections.</li><li>Develop lighting design coordination with the electrical/lighting consultant.</li></ul><p>4. Material &amp; Finish Selection</p><ul><li>Prepare detailed material and finish schedules.</li><li>Select flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, paint, stone, timber, metal, glass, fabrics, etc.</li><li>Prepare material boards and samples.</li><li>Coordinate material selections with the approved budget.</li><li>Review alternative materials where required.</li></ul><p>5. FF&amp;E Design</p><ul><li>Develop furniture layouts and furniture specifications.</li><li>Prepare FF&amp;E schedules.</li><li>Specify furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, artwork, and decorative elements.</li><li>Review supplier/manufacturer proposals and alternatives.</li><li>Coordinate custom furniture and loose furniture requirements.</li></ul><p>6. Joinery &amp; Custom Elements</p><ul><li>Design reception counters, wardrobes, wall units, display units, feature walls, etc.</li><li>Prepare joinery design drawings and details.</li><li>Provide dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and design intent.</li><li>Review shop drawings submitted by contractors/suppliers.</li><li>Review samples and mock-ups.</li></ul><p>7. Detailed Design / Tender Documentation</p><p>Typical drawings include:</p><ul><li>General arrangement plans.</li><li>Furniture layouts.</li><li>Setting-out plans.</li><li>Flooring plans.</li><li>Ceiling plans.</li><li>Finish plans.</li><li>Internal elevations.</li><li>Detailed sections.</li><li>Joinery details.</li><li>Door and hardware schedules, where applicable.</li><li>FF&amp;E schedules.</li><li>Material and finish schedules.</li><li>Lighting coordination drawings.</li><li>Design specifications.</li><li>BOQ information / quantity take-off, if included in the contract.</li></ul><p>8. 3D Visualization</p><ul><li>Produce 3D models and high-quality renders for key spaces.</li><li>Prepare design presentations.</li><li>Incorporate approved client comments.</li><li>Issue final approved renders for presentation/marketing purposes.</li></ul><p>9. Consultant Coordination</p><ul><li>Coordinate interior design with architectural drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP, electrical, structural, lighting, AV, IT, kitchen, acoustics, signage, and specialist consultants as applicable.</li><li>Identify and resolve design conflicts.</li><li>Attend coordination meetings.</li><li>Update drawings based on approved coordination requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
