We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in web design to join our creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our projects and help elevate our brand presence across various platforms.

Position: Graphic Designer with Web Design Expertise
• Develop visually appealing designs for various print and digital media, including but not limited to books, internal page layouts, website layouts, social media visuals, marketing materials
• Collaborate with the communication and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Create engaging video content for social media platforms, incorporating animation and motion graphics where applicable.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and web design to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support design projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print materials, web design projects, and multimedia content.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
• Basic knowledge in CSS, and responsive design principles preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating high-quality visual content.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and understanding of conversion-focused design strategies.
• Experience with video editing and animation software beyond Adobe Creative Suite.
