The Human Resources Administrator will offer essential administrative assistance to a dynamic and fast-moving team. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, impeccable organization, and a keen focus on people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a liaison between the Employees, Operations and Government Relations Department.
  • Oversee, review, and maintain the residency, baladiya, and passport tracker, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update trackers related to all employee documentation and information
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment needs including processing visas and provide updates on releases as needed.
  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
  • Uses critical thinking skills to analyze HR metrics and data from various sources and identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance.
  • Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Suitable for fresh graduates.
  • Candidate should be bilingual, must be fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient in email communication.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel, is advantageous.
