Job description
Optimiza is seeking a dedicated Joiner Oracle DB Administrator to assist with the effective management and administration of our Oracle database systems.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance.
Support database monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting efforts.
Help in performing backup and recovery operations to maintain data integrity and availability.
Collaborate with senior DBAs and other IT teams to implement database solutions and upgrades.
Document procedures and maintain records of database activities.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to database incidents.
Class A Health Insurance Annual Bonus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1-2 years of Oracle database concepts and architecture.
Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL programming.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Certifications in Oracle Database Administration are a plus but not mandatory.
