We’re partnering with a high-growth technology business in the GCC looking to appoint a Arabic Vice President of Finance to play a critical role in scaling the company towards a potential IPO and capital markets activity. This is a board-facing leadership role with full ownership of the finance function and a mandate to drive strategy, governance, and growth. What you’ll be doing:Partner directly with the CEO and Board on financial strategy and growth Lead IPO readiness and manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators Drive fundraising, capital allocation, and investor relations Build and scale a best-in-class finance function across FP&A, reporting, and controls Support regional expansion across the GCC and potential M&A activity What we’re looking for:16+ years’ experience in finance leadership roles Background in technology + top-tier consulting (Big 4 / strategy) Proven experience with IPO / capital markets transactions Strong understanding of GCC markets and regulatory landscape Comfortable operating at Board and investor level Why this role?
