مع وجود فرق عمل في المتجر تضم أكثر من 150 شخصاً، يتطلب هذا الدور مديراً يتمتع بمهارات ممتازة في إدارة الأفراد وحل المشكلات والتخطيط. وستكون صاحب تفكير مستقبلي وقادراً على تحقيق النتائج بشغف لقيادة الفرق الكبيرة لتقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة.

Job description
If you have a strong background in retail management and want to increase the size and scope of your role then managing one of our flagship or 'big box' stores could be the opportunity for you.
With the support and development of your brand team and Alshaya's learning and development programmes, you may then be ready for the move to Area Manager.
With store teams of 150+ people this role requires a manager with excellent people management, problem solving and planning skills. You will be forward-thinking and able to deliver results with a passion for leading large teams to deliver excellent customer service.
