Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Sales Manager (SOHO/ Retail) for a Telecom/ ISP Company in Amman, Jordan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the company’s shared internet access services.
- Design strategies customized to selling services that target residential internet and SOHOs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring high productivity, addressing needs, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Oversee the renewal of contracts and design strategies to minimize churn rate.
- Sales Performance Management:
- Regularly analyze sales data, predict trends, and adjust tactics to meet company goals. Provide accurate forecasts and updates to senior management.
- Set clear KPIs for SOHO/ Retail team leaders and account managers, monitor performance, and address any gaps in individual or team targets.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews, address gaps, and adjust plans as needed to drive target achievement.
- Actively gather feedback from key clients to guide product improvements and service enhancements. Share insights with relevant departments to align the company offerings with customer expectations.
- Collaboration with other teams:
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure service delivery aligns with customer needs, resolve technical challenges quickly, and support clients’ evolving requirements.
- Partner with finance to review account profitability, manage invoicing issues, and ensure clear communication regarding payment terms and account statuses.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to create promotions and ensure the team is equipped with relevant product knowledge and materials.
- Team Management & Support:

Manage the SOHO/ Retail sales team leaders and sales representatives, with a clear focus on achieving sales quotas. Ensure alignment across the team toward shared objectives.

Regularly assess the team’s performance, provide coaching and training to enhance skills, and support team leaders in resolving complex sales challenges.

Review and adjust commission structures as necessary to incentivize performance.

Actively recruit and hire top sales talent.
