Skills

1. Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in construction or engineering projects.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment.
3. Familiarity with project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
4. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve project goals.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to liaise with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
