Our client is a leading Company in a leading Retail Industry. They are now looking for a Talent Administrator to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administration activities associated with end-to-end recruitment - publishing job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits and initiating pre-employment checks
- Providing regular updates to our stakeholders, the Site HR teams, on recruitment administration activity
- Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team
- Craft and update job descriptions
Skills
Preference:
- 3 years+ experience as an administration professional
- Experience within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources discipline (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Good Written/Verbal Communication
