- Execution of Sales process and assuring Product availability with Sales representatives per route.
- Daily follow up and review of of Sales Reps. Sales figures and routes to achieve sales targets.
- Training Sales reps. and assure they are capable to achieve sales targets.
- Build relations with new customers and maintaining good relations with current customers.
- Continuous Update for routes and customer Database.
- Review and analysis of reports and sales figures for continuous improvement.
- Execute Sales and collections policies to assure compliance.
- Ensure proper reordering for products in the product mix for the branch sales team.
