Airline Ticketing Agent
Job Description:
- Issue, reissue and refund airline tickets to the customers.
- Handle customers inquiries and solve their complaints.
- Manage airline reservations.
- Cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Reservation & booking by using Amadeus airline system.
- Follow-up with customers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of previous experience at Amadeus (Basic and Advanced) is a Must.
- Previous Sales experience
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Accuracy and punctuality.
